What to do if my bank account won’t link?

  1. Run an on demand sync, if it’s been 24 hours you can sync without using a sync credit.
  2. Update your bank credentials by going to Accounts, (Your Institution) , Update Credentials.
  3. Try running an on demand sync again.
  4. If that still doesn’t work, reach out to support through the app. Tap the menu in the top left and then tap “Support”.
