What is the difference between Cash Reserve, Funds and Savings?

Cash Reserve – Funds Balances = Savings

Cash Reserve is our forecast amount of money that you will actually have in the bank.  Funds are how much money you have planned to spend in the future on future wants and needs.  If you have more money in your Cash Reserve than in your Fund balances, you essentially have extra unallocated cash.  We call this Savings.
